We were looking for a little known kite spot, natural and with guaranteed wind. We found it in Peru!  Still uncrowded, Paracas is a few hundred kilometers south of Lima, on the border of a nature reserve. The thermal wind arrives in the late morning and lasts until sunset. In the morning, you can relax, go paddleboarding or even go explore the Ballestas Islands which are home to hundreds of seals and thousands of birds. Before the wind starts there is also a cable park, dune buggy rides, bikes and more.
